Boys’ basketball: Promising freshman transfers to Dorsey

L.A. University freshman guard Keywhon Powns has transferred to Los Angeles Dorsey. The 6-foot-2 Powns averaged 7.4 points this past season for University, which finished 24-11 and made it to the City Section Division II final.
