Baseball: Ex-Newbury Park standout suspended

Former Newbury Park standout Andrew Lambo, one of the top prospects in the Dodgers organization, has received a 50-game suspension for violating baseball’s drug policy.

It’s a disappointing setback for Lambo, who had trouble early in high school career at Reseda Cleveland, then transferred to Newbury Park and seemed a changed teenager.
