City Section baseball: Tie game in Division I final

San Fernando and Cleveland are tied, 1-1, going into the bottom of the second of the City Section Division I championship game at Dodger Stadium.

Cleveland had San Fernando pitcher Armando Esparza on the ropes in the first inning, with Andrew Devian, Matt Del Mundo and Reno Rankin each getting a single to start the game. But Esparza settled down and had a one-two-three second inning.

Jack Hartman of Cleveland gave up an RBI single to Roberto Ramos in the first inning.
