No Payments Offered for One Full Year

“No home payments for one year” is the offer at Orangethorpe Village in Fullerton.

That’s right, says Mike Mitchell of the Mitchell Co., sales agent for the town-house project. He claims that the Orangethorpe Village seller will pay the buyer’s principal and interest for 12 months.

“Under a Graduated Payment Mortgage Program, in which buyers who make between $24,500 and $35,000 can qualify at 8 3/4%, we are offering no principal and interest payments for one year,” he elaborated. Home prices start at $85,990.
