Permanent financing totaling$1.6 million has been arranged for the Center for Ambulatory Surgery at 215 W. Madison Ave. in El Cajon by First Interstate Mortgage Co., San Diego, a subsidiary of First Interstate Bancorp.
Designed by Wheeler & Wimer Architects, the 6,300-square-foot center for ambulatory surgery is adjacent to a one-story, 10,000-square-foot ophthalmology-specialty building with an additional 1,500-square-foot basement. The 6,300-square-foot facility has been leased for 20 years to Intermountain Health.
