Paul Ramos has been appointed district manager for Southern California Gas Co. in the central Orange County area. Ramos will serve as the company’s consumer and public affairs liaison for Santa Ana, Orange, Tustin and Villa Park. He succeeds M.W. Hutchison who is retiring.
