‘Bugs Me’

The U.S. Postal Service and the Internal Revenue Service are all part of the U.S. government.
It bugs me that I must place a 20-cent stamp to send the money in that pays the post office. A tax on a tax payment.
The post office lost my third quarter payment and the IRS imposed a penalty. Now I am compelled to certify the IRS payments on top of it all at each mailing.
