A 67-year-old San Diego woman died of internal injuries after she was hit by a car on Rosecrans Street. Elisa J. Goncalves died at 6:40 p.m. Sunday at Sharp Cabrillo Hospital, according to Deputy Coroner Fack Larkie. Larkie said Goncalves was crossing Rosecrans near Carleton Street when she was struck by a soutbound vehicle driven by William Bicknell. No charges were pressed against Bicknell.
