$2-Million Fire Hits Firm

Flames gutted a Chatsworth electronics firm Monday night and caused $2 million to $3 million in damage, but firefighters were able to keep the blaze from an adjacent building where hazardous chemicals were stored, authorities said.
About 125 firefighters battled the fire at Diceon Electronics, 9261 Independence Ave., for 90 minutes, before getting it under control.
