Reagan Hits ‘Tyranny’

WASHINGTON — President Reagan marked the 67th anniversary of Lithuanian independence today by denouncing in a proclamation “Soviet tyranny” that 22 years later “denied the Lithuanian people the just right of self-determination as well as basic human freedoms.”
