Titans Sweep in Softball

The Cal State Fullerton women’s softball team, led by pitcher Debbie Mygind, swept a nonconference doubleheader from Chapman, 5-4 and 2-0, Friday at Hart Park in Orange.
In the first game, Stephanie Tanaka singled home Leslie King with the winning run in the eighth inning. Mygind pitched two innings of relief to earn the win.
In the second game, Mygind pitched a two-hit shutout.
