Vietnam to Turn Over Remains

HONOLULU — The government of Vietnam will turn over the remains of five people it says are Americans listed as missing in action, the U.S. Pacific Command said today.
U.S. officials are making arrangements to receive the remains in Hanoi on Wednesday, the announcement said. The remains will be flown to the Army’s Central Identification Laboratory here for identification and subsequent return to the next-of-kin, the brief announcement said.
