Masnec Heads Rowland Area Realty Board

Elvira E. Masnec, broker-owner of Elegant Properties Inc., will serve as the 1985 president of the 730-member Hacienda-Rowland-Diamond Bar Board of Realtors Inc.
Other officers are Vern D. Sparling, Realty World Emporium Properties, first vice president; Laurie Fabian, Century 21 Hacienda Estates, second vice president; Mona Wilk, Vanguard Brokers, secretary-treasurer.
Directors are Sharon Bowler, Charles F. Foster, Wayne R. Gray, Gwen Henry, Richard G. Malooly, John P. Newe, Lewis Pfeffer, Shirley Swendener, Thekla Syron and Edward C. Krolak.
Ida Erro, James H. Helm and Marilyn McMullin are associate directors.
