‘Espionage’

U.S. Distrtict Judge Joseph H. Young’s ruling that Navy employee Samuel Loring Morison must stand trial for espionage seems completely reasonable. Why should it be a lesser crime to sell secrets to a publication the Soviets could read than to sell them to the Soviets?
