Part of Santa Ana Freeway Will Be Closed on Sunday

The Santa Ana Freeway will be closed both directions for six hours Sunday from the Artesia Freeway in Buena Park to Rosecrans Avenue in Norwalk for repairs, according to the California Department of Transportation.
The freeway will be closed from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. Caltrans workers will be replacing pavement markers, restriping and patching potholes.
Traffic during these hours will be diverted to the Artesia and San Gabriel River freeways, then back to the Santa Ana.
Freeway ramps at Orangethorpe Avenue, Artesia Boulevard, Valley View Avenue, Alondra Boulevard and Carmenita Road will be closed during this period.
