Chanteclair Single-Family Homes Open Today in Ontario

Chanteclair opens today in the master-planned community of Creekside in Ontario as the first in a series of single-family home communities in Southern California to be developed by Premier Homes, a subsidiary of Les Nouveaux Constructeurs SA, one of the largest residential and commercial builders in France.

Priced from $91,490 to $109,900 with VA, FHA and bond financing, the first 21 homes in a total of 73 are available in three floor plans with two or three bedrooms, 2 or 2 1/2 baths, and 1,137 to 1,413 square feet of space. Designed by Aram Bassenian AIA & Associates of Newport Beach, the homes will have a Country-French flair with wood siding, window pot shelves and brick accents.

Other features will include vaulted ceilings, arched windows, wood-burning fireplaces, ceramic-tile counters and breakfast bars. Among the common amenities will be swimming pools and spas, lighted tennis courts and a recreation building, all maintained by a homeowners association for a monthly fee of $23.19.

A sales office and models, decorated by Color Design Art, will be open daily from 10 a.m. to dusk at 2590 Aliso Creek Drive. First move-ins are scheduled in June.
