Shinholster Signs Up With Arizona State

Santa Ana College baseball player Vince Shinholster signed a national letter of intent Tuesday to attend Arizona State University.
Shinholster, the Don shortstop, was an all-South Coast Conference selection last year. As a prep player, he led Loara to the Southern Section 3-A championship in 1983. He is currently hitting .406 with 7 home runs and 40 RBIs.
