Work Resumed on Condos at Ferry Landing

Watt Industries/San Diego Inc. has resumed construction on The Landing, an $88-million condominium community at the Coronado terminus of the San Diego-Coronado Ferry.
The Landing’s first residential structure was virtually destroyed by fire last November. Framing of the 92-home, four-story building is under way.
The project will ultimately consist of 196 units in three four-level buildings.
