Express Running Back Nelson Lost for Season

Kevin Nelson, the second-leading rusher this year for the Los Angeles Express, will be out for the rest of the season because of strained knee ligaments, Coach John Hadl said Tuesday.
Nelson, the team’s all-time leading ground gainer, was injured in Sunday’s loss to Birmingham. He rushed for 355 yards and one touchdown this season.
