Philadelphia Gets $3.8 Million

Philadelphia — Gov. Dick Thornburgh today said the statee will make $3.8 million available to “reclaim or reuse” the neighborhood of 270 people left homeless in the fire that followed the police confrontation with the radical group MOVE.
