A27-year-old North Hollywood man was shot and killed early Friday morning after an argument with a roommate, Los Angeles police said.
Manuel Dorado was pronounced dead at the scene after the 2 a.m. shooting, Detective Anthony Alba said. Police said they are seeking Gregorio Alva, 31, who lived with Dorado and four others in a Lankershim Boulevard apartment, as the suspect in the shooting.
Alba, quoting witnesses, said that Dorado and Alva were arguing about noise when Alva pulled a gun from a pants pocket and shot Dorado once in the upper body. Alva fled and had not been apprehended by Friday evening, police said.
