Canada to Buy U.S. Arms

WASHINGTON — The Pentagon said Friday it will sell Canada 129 MK-46 torpedoes along with spare parts and technical and engineering support for $30 million. It said the torpedoes will be used to help Canada improve its anti-submarine defenses.
