Plane Crashes Into Hospital

PINEVILLE, La. — A small plane that an eyewitness said “looked like it was practicing stalls” crashed into a building housing 100 patients at a state mental hospital today, killing both people in the plane and setting fire to the building. Three patients were injured, authorities said. The resulting fire was put out within an hour of the crash at Central State Hospital.
