Cruising China

We are travelers who enjoyed our entire trip to China and strongly disagree with Carlton’s assessment that China has “very great problems facing unprepared tourists.” His statements seem to be made for the purpose of promoting cruise ship travel to China. We do feel, however, that there are some people who should travel to developing countries with the comforts and conveniences of a cruise ship. These are the complainers we’ve met in our tour groups who find fault with everything that isn’t up to their standards. They are an embarrassment to the majority who understand the problems of the countries and appreciate the culture and friendliness of the people.
