I’m sorry, but once again President Reagan sounds just like th parent of a spoiled child who tells the child, “If you do that one more time, I’m going to give you a spanking.”
And just like above, after each terrorist action, he comes out with a grim, forceful-sounding, steely-eyed, sincere-sounding speech.
Talk, talk, talk, he’s about as effective as the parent who threatens his child with talk.
