Golden West Cited for ‘Best Affordable’ Home

Golden West Homes, a manufactured-housing company based in Santa Ana, has been honored by the Oregon Manufactured Housing Assn. for having “the best affordable multi-section home on the market.”
Known as the Country Estate model, the home was recognized for its layout and features. The two-bedroom, two-bath model with separate family room and study or third bedroom sells for 35,000.
