JP Industries to Acquire DAB Industries

ANN ARBOR, Mich. — JP Industries Inc. said it signed a definitive agreement to acquire DAB Industries for $9.93 a share, or $19.5 million.
DAB Industries has 1,964,007 shares outstanding.
The company also said certain shareholders owning a majority of DAB granted JP Industries the right to purchase all their shares at $9.93 each.
