$6 Million in 2 Loans Arranged for Projects

The Alison Co. of Newport Beach has arranged two loans totaling $6 million from Travelers Life Insurance Co. and Manufacturers Life Insurance Co.
They were a $4-million loan by Manufacturers to Cito Corp. of Santa Barbara on a 101,810-square-foot office/business park at Montecito and Salsipuedes streets in that city, and one for $2 million from Travelers to Frank Rhodes, developer of the 93,171-square-foot Newport Medical No. 3 at 1441 Avocado St., Newport Beach.
