Burmese Restaurants

Regarding Thomas Edward Wall’s informative “Born in Burma” letter July 14 in which he stated “There is only one Burmese restaurant in California, in San Francisco,” so solly. Please accept most humble, inscrutable, apologetic and updated correction. Please to make that two Burmese restaurants in California, the other one being right here in Los Angeles. The New Burma Inn is at 3817 Beverly Blvd., Los Angeles 90004, phones (213) 669-9236 and 662-4721. It’s been there for at least three decades.
