Huntington Beach : Man Hanging From Roof in Store Arrested

A 24-year-old San Diego man was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of burglarizing a Huntington Beach stereo store.
Police said Pablo Perez was found hanging from a roof vent inside Henry’s Auto Stereo at Beach Boulevard and Heil Avenue by a patrol officer investigating a tripped burglar alarm at about 1:45 a.m.
Canine and helicopter support teams were summoned after Perez refused to come out, police said. The suspect was forceably removed from the air vent over the stereo installation area at about 2:30 a.m.
Perez was being held on $25,000 bail in the Huntington Beach City Jail, where he was booked on suspicion of commercial burglary.
