Sheep Sacrifice Approved as Morocco Drought Eases

RABAT, Morocco — King Hassan II has said Moroccans may sacrifice a sheep for next week’s Muslim Feast of Sacrifice.
For the last two years, the king has asked them to refrain from doing so because of drought. Rains are back to normal in Morocco after four years of severe drought, which decimated flocks.
