The Hermosa Beach City Council has approved a three-year wage and benefit package for it 80 non-management city employees that provides a 10% boost in the first year, 5% in 1986 and no increase in the third year.
The agreement, which will take effect Sunday, was ratified by the Teamsters union on Monday and by the council on Tuesday night.
