San Diego State University set a record enrollment for the second fall semester in a row with the registration of 34,387 students, according to Director of Admissions and Records Nancy Sprotte.
The figure includes students at the North County extension in San Marcos, but not the Imperial Valley Campus at Calexico. Last fall’s record was 33,847 students.
The full-time equivalency, the basis for funding for California State University campuses, comes to 24,629 students.
