A 24-year-old Santee man was killed Wednesday morning when the car he was driving collided with an oncoming car, a deputy coroner said.
Orville Benjamin Paulson III was traveling north on California 67 near Poway Road when he apparently lost control of his car and collided with a southbound car.
Paulson was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the second car, Darrel Graner, 36, of Poway, was in stable condition at Palomar Hospital.
