Eicholtz Forms Development Firm in Pasadena

John T. Eicholtz has left as vice president of Pankow Development Corp. to form JTE Development Corp., to be located at 61 S. Lake Ave., Pasadena.
Joining Eicholtz from Pankow are Monroe S. Townsend Jr., who will serve as executive vice president and director, and Kevin J. Nuckles, as vice president, secretary and director.
Eicholtz brings to his firm, more than 25 years of construction and development experience. JTE Development will specialize in all facets of commercial real estate development, financial and marketing consulting and real property management.
