Candace Palmer of Irvine Co. Centers has been elected president of the Southern California Marketing Directors Assn., regional affiliate of the New York-based International Council of Shopping Centers.
Other officers include Leslie Spagnola of Mall of Orange, vice president; Rose Morinello of Inland Center Mall, secretary, and Patricia Neill of Sherman Oaks Galleria, treasurer.
Board members and co-chairmen of committees are Marianne Luce, Laurie Holyoake, Rebecca Bresson, Wendy Moore Nobile, Erika Kuprowsky Anderson, Mary Flynn, Eileen Bohen, Margaret Fleming, Constance Cashin, Elena Butorac, Nora Levy, Stacy Batrich-Smith, Lisa Ruggels, Mary Williams and Marvin Kemp.
The association represents 85 shopping centers in Southern California in advancing the development of the shopping center industry and establishing the shopping center as a major community institution.
