Promoters in Anchorage, Alaska, said boxer Alexis Arguello has recovered from an inner ear infection and is scheduled to arrive there Oct. 13 to prepare for his first fight in more than two years.
The three-time champion is to fight Andy Nance in a 10-round junior-welterweight bout Oct. 25. The match originally had been scheduled for Saturday but was postponed because of television marketing problems and Nance’s ear problem.
