A 100-ton concrete panel believed to be the heaviest concrete tilt-up job ever done in San Diego was put into place at Carroll Vista Center in Mira Mesa by Lusardi Construction Co., general contractor for the $2.5-million office and light manufacturing project.
The project--at 6175, 6225 and 6275 Nancy Ridge Drive--will have a total of 101,000 square feet of space within three buildings when completed by Gascon-Mar Development of San Diego. Completion is scheduled at the end of October.
