Fresno Beats Fullerton in PCAA, 2-1

Ken Mays and Randy Prescott scored second-half goals to give Fresno State a 2-1 Pacific Coast Athletic Assn. soccer victory over Cal State Fullerton on Sunday night at Bulldog Stadium.
After a scoreless first half, Rich Davies put the Titans (2-1 in conference, 6-3 overall) ahead with a goal at the 50-minute mark. Mays tied the score 13 minutes later and at the 85-minute mark, Prescott scored on a penalty kick to give Fresno State (2-2, 8-4) the win.
Fullerton plays host to United States International University on Wednesday night.
In nonconference action:
UC San Diego 2, UC Irvine 1--The Anteaters’ lone goal at Irvine came when a UCSD defender knocked the ball in his own net. UCSD improved its record to 14-0. UCI (2-6-2) plays host to San Diego State on Wednesday.
