Venice Broker Elected Head of Realtors

Richard J. Rosenthal, owner of a Venice real etate firm bearing his name, has been elected 1986 President of the California Assn. of Realtors, succeeding Raymond D. Spinelli of Menlo Park.
Other elected officers include Jack Paulson of Cupertino, president-elect; Dale Colby of Glendora, treasurer, and Donald Wiedmann of Los Angeles, executive vice president and state secretary.
The election was held during the association’s annual convention in Anaheim.
Rosenthal has been active in real estate for more than 20 years. He is a member of the Venice-Marina del Rey Board of Realtors and served as its president in 1979.
