Janet Colson has been appointed vice president of human resources for the Irvine-based restaurant group of W. R. Grace and Co. Colson, 41, worked with the Reagan-Bush transition team in 1980 and had been a special assistant to President Reagan on the National Security Council and Grace Commission staffs for three years before joining Grace last year as a legislative assistant in the company’s Washington, D.C. office. Colson replaces Larry Paisley, who is working on special projects for the restaurant group, according to a Grace spokesman.
