The Anaheim-based Electro-Mechanical Division of the Northrop Corporation has named three new departmental vice presidents. The three, Dennis K. Rice, Margo B. Parker and Joseph P. Stopper, had been managers before their appointments to the newly created posts.
Rice, 45, has been with the Electro-Mechanical Division for five years and is in charge of Advanced Systems. Parker, 35, joined the corporation in 1977 and is head of Human Resources and Administration, and Stopper, 50, joined Northrop in 1974 and is in charge of Business Development and Marketing.
