A Bouquet for Coverage

I just want to tell you how much I appreciated the writing in “Jobs’ Departure From Apple End of an Era” (Sept. 19).
The reporter, Donald Woutat, capsulized various complex and intricate issues in a very readable and enjoyable article. I particularly liked his reference to Jobs’ co-founder as “his nerdy high school chum” and “Apple’s overnight transformation into a $2-billion company that couldn’t be properly managed by a computer hacker or a temperamental marketing genius is a classic example of the metamorphosis of a business.”
Just as I seek out Sheila Benson’s marvelously written film reviews in the Calendar section, so shall I look for Mr. Woutat’s articles in the Business section.
