Bail for four alleged ranking members of the Luchese organized-crime family was revoked by a federal judge in Newark, N.J. If U.S. District Judge Harold A. Ackerman’s decision is upheld, the four will remain in jail until their April, 1986, trial on racketeering charges. Anthony Accetturo, Hollywood, Fla., and Michael Perna, Thomas Ricciardi and Michael Taccetta, of New Jersey, were ordered back to jail. “These individuals have been engaged in a pattern of criminality which constitutes a danger to the public,” Ackerman said.
