Equitec Financial Plans Stock Buy-Back

OAKLAND — The board of directors of Equitec Financial Group announced Friday that it has authorized the company to repurchase at its discretion up to 400,000 shares of its common stock. The company has slightly more than 5 million shares outstanding.
Equitec said the purchases would be made “from time to time on the open market under applicable regulations.”
