2 Bombs Explode in Israel

TEL AVIV — A bomb exploded in the Jaffa section of Tel Aviv on Sunday, injuring a pedestrian. An earlier bomb blast in the southern Israeli city of Beersheba inflicted neither injuries nor damage, police said.
