Smith Elected Head of Malibu Realty Board

Stephanie Jo Smith of Smith Brothers Real Estate has been elected 1986 president of the Malibu Board of Realtors. Serving with her will be Leslie Wood, first vice president, and Louis Ragsdale, second vice president.
The board of directors includes Gerry Battey, Beverly Beal, Cori Cooper, Lucile Faw, Greg Golden, Marca Helfrich, Frank Roop and Charles Willson, with Don Posey, Smith and Wood as state directors.
Smith, a 15-year Malibu resident, entered real estate in 1976 with Michael Sterns, then affiliated with Fred Sands Realtors in 1978. In 1979 she, her husband and her brother-in-law opened Smith Brothers Real Estate with offices in Malibu and Houston.
