Torrance : Moratorium Resolution

The City Council has adopted a resolution urging Congress to extend a 4-year-old moratorium on oil and gas drilling off the California coast until the Department of the Interior and Congress reach an agreement on tracts suitable for leasing.
The moratorium ends Dec. 13.
