Rocco Siciliano Named to Head Business Group

Ticor Chairman Rocco C. Siciliano has been elected 1986 chairman of the California Roundtable, a business advocacy group made up of top executives from major companies around the state. Donald E. Guinn, chairman of Pacific Telesis, was elected vice chairman of the group, which maintains its headquarters in San Francisco.
The 63-year-old Siciliano is a former undersecretary of commerce, former assistant secretary of labor and was special assistant for personnel management during the Eisenhower Administration.
