Bill Providing Centers for Vietnam Veterans Signed

WASHINGTON — President Reagan on Tuesday signed legislation establishing a new pilot program of multi-service centers for Vietnam veterans.
The bill also expands or extends a variety of health care programs for veterans, including alcohol and drug treatment and rehabilitation, and provides health care eligibility for veterans exposed to the deadly chemical dioxin or nuclear radiation.
